Unclaimed Dividends
Shareholders who have not received their dividend
warrants are requested to write to the Registrar and Share Transfer Agents
of the Company or e-mail or fax the Query Form (5 kb) appended hereto.
Pursuant to Section 205A of the Companies Act, 1956,
unclaimed dividends upto and including for the financial years 1993-94
have been transferred to the General Revenue Account of the Central
Government. The Shareholders who have not encashed their dividend warrants
relating to financial year(s) up to 1993-94 are requested to claim the
amounts from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, CGO Complex, II
Floor, "A" Wing, CBD-Belapur, Navi Mumbai 400614, Telephone: 022
27576802 in the prescribed form.
